Your Role and Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care in a safe, nurturing environment. Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. Support children’s daily routines including mealtimes, naps, and toileting. Work closely with nursery teams to maintain a supportive, safe setting. Document children’s progress and record activities. ❤️ Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. What We’re Looking For: A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2, Level 3, or higher). Proven experience in nursery settings with a solid understanding of childcare best practices. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning activities. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to adapt to different nursery environments.
