Job purpose
This position is a 12 month maternity cover. We are looking for a motivated candidate to support the compliance achievement and manage risk in addition to deliver financial commitment for entities under scope.
What will you be doing?
1. Perform team member in R2R Costing & Blackline function to ensure
1. BS account reconciliations are properly prepared through Blackline.
2. PRC STAT financial reports are properly prepared and provide to related stakeholders in time.
3. Unit cost are properly maintained in ERP system.
4. Perform production work order are properly reviewed.
5. Inventory related accounting, reporting and subledger reconciliation are properly prepared.

Detailed Responsibilities
Deliver Financial Commitment as an entity FP&A
• Provide support in delivering the financial KPI. Trend reviews v forecast by BD2.
• Help during monthly closing and data support gathering for monthly/quarterly financial analysis.
• Participate in quarterly forecasts and annual budget process for areas under remit.
• Collaborate with Financial Shared Services team based in Hungary.
• Support Cash Flow Forecast process.
• Support in General & Administration (G&A) functions for entities under scope.
Finance Policy, Controls and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with the ESI accounting policies, as well as compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls.
• Support Risk & SOX Compliance
• Assist internal and external audits including the preparation of audit schedules and auditor requests.
Financial Operations and Shared Services
• Support implementation of enabling technologies (JDE, SAP, HFM)
• Work with regional treasury team to ensure appropriate funding of legal entities through forecast and management of cash flows and banking relationships in region. Enable local banking products and services to support business activities and oversee activities in local bank accounts.
Business Optimization / Insights
• Involvement in Annual Financial Accounts & Corporate Tax packs processes and submission of statistical returns.
• Involvement in submissions to the US for US statutory purposes
• Review of existing processes, structures, and systems with a focus on simplifying, eliminating, consolidating and standardising.
• Maintain a strong focus on execution and delivery of short-term results whilst moving towards the long-term vision.
• Involvement in the transition of new processes and process improvements with internal customers.
Business Excellence
• Implement and drive consistency, efficiency, integration and communication of accounting policies, procedures, and processes.
• Assist in driving alignment, integration, and optimization among all IT platforms.
• Ensure compliance with US and Local Company GAAP, IFRS and other local tax and statutory reporting requirements
Who are You?
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Qualified / Part qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance and accounting, with some shared services center experience preferred.
• Communication level of English Language
• Experience of working in a team.
• Organized & Adapt to new challenges
• Work effectively within cross-functional teams in communicating and collating data from sites.
• SOX, Tax, VAT and Audit
• Some experience with ERP systems, SAP/JDE experience preferable.
• “Roll up your sleeves” and can-do attitude, energetic, forward-thinker with strong ability to multi-task.
• Strong financial, IT and analytical skills coupled with operational focus.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to think analytically, focus on the big picture, yet to be able to drill into the detail and understand the impact. Understand how the business works and the upstream and downstream activities that impact and are impacted by Finance.
