The Role:
Are you a passionate and creative educator, enthusiastic to inspire the next generation of budding scientists? I am currently working with a local Secondary School who are excited to welcome a new member of staff from next academic year. Due to its location, applicants from Salisbury, Andover and other surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. The role involves teaching lessons across key stages 3 & 4, supporting learning through practical experiments and theoretical concepts. If you are an industry specialist or have previous experience covering the subject, Long-Term Teachers would love to hear from you!
The School:
The environment created by the school aims to empower students to think big, removing personal or educational barriers to their achievement. This is done through continuous pastoral and academic support, to develop their educational aspirations. Staff therefore are an integral part of this support network and form extremely positive working relationships in the school community.
Why?
Nurturing environment: successful candidates will be working closely with support staff and faculty members to provide consistent learning opportunities for children and develop their own teaching skills.
Progression: whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, subject specialist or have provided ah-hoc cover previously, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
How To Apply
We’d love to see your CV, but we don’t need it to have a conversation! Send me an email to molly@longtermteachers.co.uk or call 0117336206 to tell me more about yourself.
