Company Overview
You will be joining a very well-established, highly regarded and prestigious global Technology business as their Business Manager (to the CEO) on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer, you will be supported by a highly experienced wider team who will be there to assist with your transition into the business. Based in their incredibly modern and luxurious Central London office 5 days a week, you will also be expected to travel to other European locations on a regular basis, including Czech Republic and Switzerland.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for CEO office management, reviewing internal communications, flagging critical issues, monitoring the CEO's email inbox, summarising documents for the CEO's attention, drafting/editing official communications and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for preparing detailed reports and presentations, performing regular business reviews, conducting deep analysis of internal data/metrics/reports and managing special projects on behalf of the CEO. You will perform periodic industry, competitor and market analyses to support key decision making and monitor/analyse KPIs, financial reports and business metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Role Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Business, Consulting or Analytical role and ideally you will have a degree in Business Admin, Finance, Economics or another related field. An MBA or Advanced degree is highly advantageous. You will need to have outstanding analytical and data interpretation skills with a high level of attention to detail. You will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and a fantastic work ethic.

You will receive an annual salary of up to £100,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
