About This Role: We are looking for a Senior Strategic Media Sales to join our Retail Media team in Berlin or London. To lead display media sales strategy for Atolls, Europe's largest deal communities website, across EMEA (and North America.) Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and expert management of direct and programmatic display campaigns. Build and manage a high-performing display media sales team and focus on both performance and branding display campaigns. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Develop EMEA NA display media sales strategies. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients. Secure strategic display media partnerships. (Programmatic, Direct) Provide market intelligence and thought leadership. Build and manage a sales team. Your Profile: We’re looking for someone with {explicit job content} experience, who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation. 10 years of progressive experience in display advertising sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within the Global EMEA NA regions. Extensive, demonstrable network of senior-level contacts in European advertising agencies, media companies, and brands. Proven track record of exceeding display advertising revenue targets, Comprehensive understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including SSPs, DSPs, and targeting strategies (contextual, 1st-party). Ability to translate this knowledge into compelling client proposals and secure client relationships. Strong understanding of the European display advertising landscape and market dynamics. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to display strategies. Proven leadership skills in building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams. Fluency in English and at least one other major European language (French, German, etc.).
