Job Responsibilities
1. Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
2. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
3. Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
4. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
5. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
6. Manage kitchen operations
7. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
8. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
9. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
10. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
11. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
12. Organize and maintain inventory
Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2-3 years experience
Skills: Computer and technology knowledge, Accounting software, MS Office
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

$34.80 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
