Education Resources require a Support Services Co-ordinator to join their existing team.
The successful candidate will manage, direct and develop Support Services in a learning community deploying resources to meet service delivery and performance standards as well as delivering the financial and operational management of support services for educational establishments within the local learning community.
As part of the role you will manage the operation and development of the learning community support services ensuring responsiveness to customer needs and legislative / policy changes as well as delivering corporate initiatives including new legislation and policies ensuring proper governance in all establishments and have a positive impact on learners which will facilitate closing the attainment gap and improving attainment in Numeracy, Literacy and Health and Wellbeing.
You will develop, maintain and evaluate comprehensive training development and Health and safety plans and procedures.
You will Support strategic decisions and contribute to the planning framework within the service while developing Partnership working within and between learning communities including liaison with other services and resources within and outwith SLC.
