Hours :
Monday to Friday 9amto 5:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
Ensure statutory inspections are completed on time and that any required remedial actions are properly logged.
Identify and implement improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Perform timely repairs and breakdown resolutions, utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement corrective and preventative measures.
Maintain exemplary housekeeping standards within a structured 5S environment.
Collaborate with external professionals and specialists as needed to support operational excellence.
Uphold Health & Safety standards, addressing and escalating any risks or issues.
Work closely with the Engineering Supervisor and Production Shift Managers to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively within the team, showing initiative and leadership when required.
Contribute to an Engineering team that delivers world-class services and solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (e.g., HND, HNC, ONC, City & Guilds) in a relevant subject.
At least 5 years post-qualification experience in a high-paced factory environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of Planned and Reactive Maintenance, including fault finding and diagnostics.
Expertise in PLC systems and HMI controls .
17th/18th Edition certification is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
