Our Deputy Headteacher will:

2. Deputise for the Headteacher and lead the Infant Department in this three-form entry, split site school;
3. Lead and manage teams of people within EYFS and KS1 Departments;
4. Contribute significantly to the development of teaching and learning;
5. Show a commitment to professional development and reflective practice;
6. Be a team-player, keen to engage in all aspects of the life of this thriving school;
7. Lead on key aspects of school improvement.
