Job summary 12 Months Fixed Term Position available We are looking for an enthusiastic Children's Community Nurse/RSCN/RN Children's Senior Registered Nurseto join our dedicated Children's Community Nursing Team, who care for children and their families in a range of community settings. Working 37.5 hours per week including occasional Saturday working and on-call duties for end-of-life care. Main duties of the job You will have excellent communication abilities across a range of ages. Team player skills are essential in this role as is Multidisciplinary working. You will be a lead professional for children with complex and acute care needs, and be expected to have managerial responsibility in the absence on the team leader. The Children's Community Nursing Team is dedicated to support continuous professional development with systems in place for Clinical Supervision and annual appraisal for all staff.
