Sheridan Maine are actively seeking an immediately available Finance Manager to join a leading organisation based in Basingstoke on a long term contract basis.
Duties of the Finance Manager include, but are not limited to:
1. Leading and mentoring a team in the area of financial reporting.
2. Preparing comprehensive financial statements and reports for a range of stakeholders.
3. Overseeing the month-end process, ensuring all financial information is accurate and complete.
4. Continuously reviewing and improving financial processes and systems.
5. Maintaining robust financial controls.
6. Participating in various ad-hoc projects and activities as required.
The successful Finance Manager will be responsible for the following skills and experience:
1. An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
2. Solid technical accounting and reporting skills.
3. Proficiency in team leading and mentoring.
4. Strong in systems skills and internal controls.
You must be eligible to work in the UK full-time without restriction.
