Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £12.75 per Hour
Working Patterns: Between 3am and midnight, Monday to Sunday

As an integral part of the Team, you will be placed at the heart of a bustling airport environment where thousands of customers are embarking on business or personal trips. Whether they’re on an “early bird” flight or “taking a red eye,” we want to ensure that we are there to support our customers by being adaptable to their requirements and delivering on our promise to fulfil their travel money needs!
Responsibilities:
* Nurturing relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
* Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor.
* Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately.
* Delivering on key performance goals.
* Utilising attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
* Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* Numerically proficient with a firm grasp of handling cash and currency conversions.
* Great communicator with natural relationship-building skills.
* Desire to succeed and make a positive impact.
Interview Process:
1. Initial screening call by Talent Acquisition Partners.
2. Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner.
3. Visit to the bureau for a face-to-face meeting with the Bureau Manager.
4. Offer or feedback provided post bureau visit.
