There is an exciting new opportunity for a Class 2 driver to fulfil a position with one of our well-established clients based in Southampton. In this position you will be required to complete deliveries of insulation materials to residential and commercial sites around the South Coast.\n\nInformation about this Class 2 role:\n\nMonday to Friday\nStart time between 6:00am-7:00am\n10-12 deliveries per day\nTemp to Perm position\nMoffett training will be provided (after completion of 12 weeks)\nHandballing involved\nSome materials will be forklifted off at sites Class 2 Requirements:\n\nValid Full UK Class 2 licence\n1 year experience driving a Class 2 vehicle is essential\nValid CPC and Digi Tacho card\nFantastic customer service skills\nGreat time keeping\nOwn transport to commute to and from work\nUnderstand manual handling and heavy lifting proceduresBenefits of working with our client:\n\nSalary between £30,000 and £34,000\nTime off over the Christmas period\nTraining and full PPE provided\nMoffett qualification after completion of 12 weeks\n25 days holiday\nNo weekends\nOnsite parking and many more benefitsIn our latest survey, 97% of our candidates said they were proud to work for Driver Hire Southampton, why not become part of our team
