The Role: As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will collaborate closely with the class teacher to support the teaching and learning process across various subjects. Key Responsibilities: Assist class teachers in delivering lessons, ensuring students remain engaged and continue to make progress. Provide tailored support to individual students and small groups, both inside and outside the classroom. Contribute to classroom management, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Support students' emotional and pastoral needs. Help with administrative tasks such as preparing resources and monitoring student progress.
