Reporting to the Staff Experience and Inclusion Manager, you will be part of a small team working with divisional and other corporate teams to support and deliver staff experience and EDI programmes of work and interventions. This will be undertaken using key workforce metrics and other information (e.g. staff survey data, EDI data, turnover, sickness absence etc), to identify underpinning causes of workforce issues affecting staff experience, inclusion, engagement and wellbeing. You will have a good understanding of the importance of staff engagement at all levels and across all staff groups at NBT, helping deliver a work programme that results in staff feeling more valued and engaged, and resulting in improved levels of inclusivity, diversity, health, well-being and equality. Working closely with your Staff Experience and EDI Advisor colleague, you will be able to manage your own workload to deliver requirements and show initiative within the parameters of the role and under the supervision and guidance of the Staff Experience and Inclusion Manager with support from the wider staff experience and culture team colleagues.
