Job Description Position Overview: Join our team to ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times. Support Food & Beverage outlets by providing sanitized, ready-to-use equipment and adhere to Health and Hygiene regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across all kitchen areas per Health & Hygiene standards. Safely clean and store operating equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Follow daily and deep-cleaning rosters, including floors, walls, and kitchen equipment. Handle chemicals and equipment according to safety guidelines. Contribute to cost control through mindful use of energy, water, and materials. Ensure safe waste disposal and garbage collection practices. Support safe work practices, understand emergency procedures, and report hazards. Health & Safety: Participate actively in safe work practices. Report incidents, wear protective clothing, and follow safety protocols. Engage with Accor’s environmental initiatives. Customer Service: Provide a positive, problem-solving approach to guest concerns. Actively promote hotel services and uphold Accor’s customer service standards.
