Position Overview:
Join our team to ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times. Support Food & Beverage outlets by providing sanitized, ready-to-use equipment and adhere to Health and Hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across all kitchen areas per Health & Hygiene standards.
* Safely clean and store operating equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
* Follow daily and deep-cleaning rosters, including floors, walls, and kitchen equipment.
* Handle chemicals and equipment according to safety guidelines.
* Contribute to cost control through mindful use of energy, water, and materials.
* Ensure safe waste disposal and garbage collection practices.
* Support safe work practices, understand emergency procedures, and report hazards.
Health & Safety:
* Participate actively in safe work practices.
* Report incidents, wear protective clothing, and follow safety protocols.
* Engage with Accor’s environmental initiatives.
Customer Service:
* Provide a positive, problem-solving approach to guest concerns.
* Actively promote hotel services and uphold Accor’s customer service standards.
General Requirements:
* Adhere to standards outlined in training and service manuals.
* Attend training programs and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Maintain confidentiality and follow Accor’s guidelines.
