Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students across Key Stages 3 & 4 (and possibly KS5)
• Developing and implementing effective lesson plans to meet the needs of all students
• Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
• Providing support and guidance to students to help them achieve their full potential
• Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
