You could be part of a dedicated team in providing excellent standards of care to adults living in Eadar Glinn Home.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing a level of support to residents as determined by their care plan, to meet their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social care needs.
2. Maintaining and developing plans set out by Health & Social Care Standards, My support, My life.
3. Promoting and adhering to Argyll & Bute policies and procedures.
4. Engaging in continued learning and development to support vulnerable adults and the wider community.
You require to be compassionate and understanding of others with an ability to empathise, as well as adapting to changes and encouraging. Good communication skills and the ability to be flexible in working shifts are essential.
