Job Description:
Role: Photocopier Service Desk Support
Package of up to £30,000 for an experienced engineer (37.5 hour week), 30 days annual leave (including statutory holidays), pension scheme.
Concept are actively seeking a skilled professional with a background in the print sector to join a busy team as a Service Desk Engineer. This site-based role involves providing 1st line technical assistance to customers, so a solid background within print is essential.
Requirements:
1. Solid experience in the print / MFD / Photocopier sector.
2. Passion for technology and a knack for resolving technical challenges.
3. Provide first-line support.
4. Assist with IT support tasks, including troubleshooting.
5. Diagnose and resolve networking issues, collaborating with other IT team members as needed.
6. Document all customer interactions in the support system.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. 10 years + within print.
2. Strong interest in software troubleshooting techniques and methodologies.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
4. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
