* Room to Develop: This school sees professional development as essential. Whether you're looking to refine your skills or learn new ones, you'll have access to training and workshops to support you at every step.
* Collaborative Culture: With three classes per year group, you'll work alongside a fantastic team of educators who believe in sharing ideas, supporting each other, and making sure that every child gets the best possible support.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your days will be filled with meaningful interactions and opportunities to help students achieve their best. You'll:

* Be a source of emotional and social support, helping students build confidence and resilience in their learning journey.
* Play an active role in creating a warm, inclusive classroom where every student feels they belong.

* Have a positive, caring attitude and love working with children who need that extra bit of support.
* Communicate easily and enjoy being part of a team that works together for each child's success.
