Customer Service Administrator
Hybrid - 1 day office based (Wednesdays)
Training will be fully office based for up to 3 months
Salary: £24,300
Our client is a leading manufacturer in their sector, and they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Halifax. Our client is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is looking for an experienced professional to become a valued member of their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Order processing and order management.
2. Managing telephone enquiries and customer service calls.
3. Processing customer complaints, ensuring the best outcome for the customer and the company.
4. Producing weekly back order reports and liaising with customers and relevant BDMs.
5. Generating quotations.
6. Administration of paperwork.
7. Liaising and supporting a network of Business Development Managers.
8. Internal & external reporting, as required.
9. Management and organisation of your own and shared sales inbox.
10. Proactively developing customer relationships to increase sales and exceed customers' expectations.
11. Taking ownership and managing your given accounts to ensure complete and professional customer care.
About You:
1. Must have some previous office-based customer service experience.
2. Must have high attention to detail and experience of order processing.
3. Must be a determined and enthusiastic team player.
4. Must have excellent communication skills.
5. Ideally, you will have experience working on a CRM, but training will be given on internal systems.
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced Customer Service professionals who can work well both independently and as part of a team. You must be an excellent communicator with a background in a similar customer service role.
