Main Responsibilities
* Provide our customers with a great experience by handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Answer first-line telephone inquiries from clients.
* Manage emailed inquiries daily, including faults/servicing requests, new work orders, and internal/customer queries, ensuring all emails are addressed daily.
* Apply and adhere to Service Level Agreements with clients.
* Log administrative notes accurately to reflect all handled queries.
* Understand and interpret client expectations, identify information gaps, and resolve issues with clients as needed.
* Review live calls for consistency and clarity, and clarify information with customers or staff as required.
* Log and query service calls, ensuring they include PO numbers, response times, access information, and details about the call reason and requirements.
* Ensure customer inquiries are either resolved at first contact or forwarded to the appropriate department.
* Respond to other customer or internal requests or forward information to the correct department, understanding the next steps and timelines.
Experience and Knowledge
* Previous experience in a Customer Service role or similar within the Service & Maintenance industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Excel, and Word.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
