Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: Harrogate

Salary: £32,000 ~ £36,000 Depending on qualifications and experience.
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a similar role within an IFA/Financial Advisory environment and possess strong knowledge of investment products, pensions, SIPPs, and SSASs.
What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include:
As a key part of the team, you will support Advisers and Financial Planners by:
1. Liaising with policy providers
2. Updating and maintaining client records
3. Processing new business applications, fund switches, income/withdrawal requests
4. Monitoring processes to ensure timely completion
What is Needed to Be Considered For This Role:
1. Strong communication and numeracy skills
2. Knowledge of investment products, pensions, SIPPs, and SSASs
3. Experience in a similar role within Financial Services or IFA environments
4. Familiarity with Xplan (preferred but not essential)
5. A collaborative, team-oriented approach
