The ideal candidate for the Finance Officer role will be a proactive and organised individual, responsible for a variety of finance tasks including sales and purchase ledger management, bank and cash reconciliations, and raising sales invoices. You will use accounting software to ensure accurate financial processing, support month-end and year-end analysis, and assist with internal recharging and supplier payments. Strong communication, IT, and numeracy skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain effective relationships and a positive approach to continuous improvement.Your new roleAs Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Operate across multiple accounting systems and use general software applications, including MS Office (Excel and Word).
* Support the Transactional team with Accounts Payable and Income functions.
* Ensure accurate and organised financial information.
* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
* Manage and prioritise workloads under pressure.
