A E Yates Limited is a civil engineering contractor based in Bolton. Together with the other A E Yates Group Companies, it delivers minor works through to major civil engineering projects.
An opportunity has arisen for an Archive Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Scanning project documents
2. Allocating box numbers and logging scanned documents
3. Physical storage of unscanned documents
4. Electronic storage of scanned documents
5. Retrieval of historical documents
6. Arranging collection and destruction of documents
7. General admin tasks, filing, photocopying, and answering the telephone
Qualifications:
* Computer literate
* Able to cope with repetitive work
* Friendly and responsive to colleague requests
* Self-motivated
* A good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and the industry is an advantage
The position can be part-time or full-time, with hours of work to be agreed within Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:15 pm.
Minimum wage will apply to this position, with pay reviews in July of each year. Full on-the-job training will be given.
