Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager with expertise in managing the installation of complex cladding systems to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead on-site operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take a lead role in a dynamic, growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities related to cladding and roofing, ensuring work is executed efficiently and to a high standard.
Leadership: Manage and supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, motivation, and compliance with project plans.
Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Quality Control: Monitor installation quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise, especially concerning complex cladding systems.
Health & Safety: Enforce and promote health and safety best practices across the site, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.
Scheduling & Reporting: Maintain project schedules, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, ideally within the cladding and roofing industry, with substantial experience in complex cladding systems.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Certification: Relevant site management certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are essential.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach to team and client interactions.
Problem Solving: Ability to manage and resolve on-site challenges efficiently and effectively.
