The Role
As Social Media Lead you will be working as part of a small social media team, coming up with campaign ideas across core channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. You will be nurturing a small team and overseeing the work that they do while being hands-on yourself. This role is working across organic content, influencer, paid social media and community management but while the role is broad you don’t need to be hands-on with paid social media as you will be managing an external digital agency on this delivery.
About You
* Experience in overseeing a social media campaign plan and a passion to really know the different social media channels (we do need experience in TikTok)
* If you have experience in TikTok Shop this will be a bonus!
* Experience in coming up with creative ideas for content across social media platforms and a passion for keeping up with the latest trends, knowing what works well and wanting to try new things
* Experience in looking at social media campaign performance and feeding back into the strategy
* We don’t need you to have managed a team before, but you will have mentored or helped coach others
* Hands-on experience in content creation (open on platforms used)
* Experience briefing creative teams
* Some experience in overseeing community management
