As a Candidate Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting your team to maximise opportunities and achieve their budget targets. Responsibilities:
1. Manage the candidates inbox and ensure prompt responses to all queries within the specified SLA. This inbox is largely used for P45, annual leave and payroll queries.
2. Manage the CV inbox and ensure prompt responses to all queries within the specified SLA. This inbox is largely used for prospect candidates.
3. Support with managing all other NAT inboxes and incoming emails from clients and branches.
4. Build a strong pipeline of candidates for upcoming projects in various locations.
5. Advertise NAT bookings and collaborate with the team to shortlist suitable candidates and conduct pre-registration calls.
6. Assist managers and the team with compliance requirements including referencing and ATSing.
7. Manage compliance dashboards for AWR and H&S.
8. Conduct weekly KIT calls with the team to stay updated on progress.
9. Create compelling job advertisements by crafting profiles for hot candidates.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
2. Strong organisation and time management skills to meet SLAs and manage multiple tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
