Collaborating with diverse stakeholders across functions, colleges, and delivery partners, you'll ensure that the CRM platform not only meets immediate needs but also aligns with our broader strategy for digital excellence. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end delivery of the CRM workstream, ensuring governance, risk, and quality management processes are upheld.
2. Engage and inspire stakeholders, fostering collaboration and promoting the CRM programme as a transformative opportunity.
3. Work closely with Business Change Managers to drive people-focused change and champion new ways of working.
4. Partner with delivery teams to achieve sustainable solutions that balance configuration and standardisation.
5. Embed a phased approach to data integration, ensuring stakeholder confidence in every step.
