Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Finance Assistant to support our financial operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong finance experience who can manage various tasks efficiently while contributing to the smooth running of our hotel. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing financial transactions, reporting and analysis. Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Support the processing of invoices, payments, and payroll. Maintain accurate records and files for financial documents. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed with the inclusion of HR Assist with audits and compliance-related tasks. Respond to financial inquiries from staff and management. Qualifications: Proven experience in finance and administration, preferably in the hospitality sector. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
