Job Description
* Preparation of complex financial statements (such as consolidation and IFRS).
* Training and development of junior staff.
* Support other managers within the team with various administrative tasks and projects that arise from time to time.
* Ensure quality is consistent and to a high level across all outputs.
* Interactions with clients to undertake accounting work as required - both over telephone/e-mail and potentially occasional on-site client visits.
* Work closely with the audit and business tax teams to provide a seamless service to clients and ensure deadlines are met.
* Be prepared to share ideas about how best to operate the accounts preparation process in order to improve efficiencies for the firm.
Qualifications
* Strong academic history.
* ACA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
