The Role
:
As an Employment Solicitor ,you will handle a variety of legal matters related to employment law.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle contested employment matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, etc.
2. Manage non-contested employment issues including draft contracts, policies, advise on TUPE.
3. Provide counsel on settlement agreements and negotiate exit packages.
4. Support HR teams on various employment issues and senior exits.
Requirements:
5. Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
6. At least 3 years of relevant experience in employment law.
7. Demonstrable experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law.
8. Expertise in drafting employment documents and advising on HR matters.
9. Proven ability to handle complex legal disputes and negotiations.
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
