Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to provide a high-quality, responsive service for patients with neuromusculoskeletal/orthopaedic conditions related to pregnancy and/or women's health problems related to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, urological or gynaecological conditions.

Main duties of the job
1. To be clinically responsible for a designated caseload of patients/clients and to organise this effectively and efficiently with regard to clinical priorities and use of time.
2. To undertake a comprehensive assessment of women's health patients/clients with antenatal and/or postnatal musculoskeletal conditions and patients with gynaecological or urological problems using a range of recognised and specialised clinical assessment techniques.
3. To determine a diagnosis and prognosis through the application of clinical reasoning skills and specialist knowledge of physiological and pathological processes and syndromes, with neuromusculoskeletal/orthopaedic conditions related to pregnancy and/or women's health problems related to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and/or other urological or gynaecological conditions.
4. To be able to recognise when a patient may need onward referral to an orthopaedic specialist, obstetrician, gynaecologist or urologist due to the severity/prognosis of their presenting problem.
5. To formulate/develop and undertake evidence-based plan taking into account the management options available.

Qualifications
* Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
* Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
Experience
* Post graduate experience working as a pelvic health specialist
