Breakdown and Recovery Coordinator
A Breakdown and Recovery Coordinator is needed for a global company offering hybrid remote working, in-depth training, and permanent position. Our client takes pride in providing excellent customer service and aims to assist customers with 24/7 breakdown assistance.
Responsibilities:
1. Receive customer calls relating to breakdown and recovery of vehicles and support the customer through the rectification process.
2. Communicate with repairing workshops on behalf of the customer to ensure timely mobility solutions.
3. Provide a guarantee of payment to the repairing workshop on behalf of the customer.
4. Continuously inform and keep all parties updated on the progress of each case.
Working Hours:
11 am - 7 pm Monday to Friday (subject to a successful training period from 8 am - 4 pm Mon - Fri).
Requirements:
1. Knowledgeable about locations in Britain.
2. A level of equivalent ideally with a technical orientation.
3. Previous experience in a technical role from the heavy vehicle or equivalent industry (desirable).
4. Quality-oriented; showing responsibility and perseverance at work with attention to detail.
5. Previous call centre experience is desirable.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
7. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Good IT knowledge and experience.
9. Geographical knowledge throughout the UK (desirable).
