Peterborough City Council is looking for a Digital Support Analyst to join our Digital Team.
The Digital Team supports many of the council’s business systems, including M365, Academy Revs and Bens, Information@Work, Hornbill, Unform IDOX, Flare, Capita One, Respond, as well as other functions like online forms, payment integrations, and file transfers. The team will be leading on the development of AI and RPA to support the council’s Digital Strategy, so we can move all interactions with customers and partners to self-service and ‘digital by default’.
The Digital Support Analyst role will be responsible for providing expertise and technical support for the council's many server-based and hosted business systems and processes. The successful candidate will be capable of supporting multiple diverse systems to agreed service level agreements, diagnosing and resolving issues, liaising with internal customers and external third parties. The role will focus on our older server-based systems and processes, and the newer hosted systems, but there will also be opportunities for development into AI and RPA.
