Payroll Specialist
My client who work within supply chain is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.
Key Details: Payroll Specialist
* Monday to Friday standard office hours.
* Hybrid working option.
* Permanent contract.
* Salary up to £30,000.
Duties and Experience: Payroll Specialist
* Responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations.
* Calculate wages, overtime, bonus, and deductions to ensure accurate payroll processing on a bi-weekly basis.
* Coordinate payroll approval and release process.
* Liaise with payroll provider to ensure data is received and payroll is processed.
* Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues that arise, such as incorrect payments or tax withholdings.
* Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant departments.
* Must have experience in end-to-end payroll.
* A degree in accounting or CIPP certification is preferred.
