We are currently looking for new site managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have experience running new build or renovation construction sites, hold a valid SMSTS and CSCS accreditation and be interested in developing with a growing company.
Works are predominantly in Shropshire and the surrounding areas but work on a more national basis will be required at times to suit the needs of the company. The company covers a wide range of project types including commercial, residential, education and retail and enjoys a large amount of repeat custom from our key clients.
Key elements of the role are as follows:
* Day to day management of different construction sites.
* Number 1 position on site with responsibility of overall site management.
* Leading on site health and safety implementation at both pre construction and construction phases.
* Compliance with company auditing and reporting procedures.
* Client liaison on a regular basis.
* Management of programme performance.
* Production of site report and attendance to site meetings as required.
* Maintaining company environmental standards.
* Ensuring we provide an inclusive workplace offering opportunities for all people regardless of background.
The position is permanent and would suit an applicant looking to work on a variety of different projects that has a track record of quality and on time project delivery or an assistant site manager who has the ability to progress to a full site management role.

Minimum Requirements:
* A full, valid driving license is essential due to the remote areas of some of our sites and all applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
* Experience: Construction Site Managers: 3 years (preferred)
* Licence/Certification: Full UK Driving License (required)
* Willingness to travel: 50% (preferred)
