About the Opportunity We're partnering with a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed SaaS company that's revolutionizing the nonprofit sector. They're seeking a creative and data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Leader to spearhead their next phase of expansion.

You'll have the autonomy to validate and scale new growth initiatives while working with a passionate team dedicated to making a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
* Pioneer and validate new growth initiatives from concept to implementation
* Lead cross-functional teams (5-25+ people) to execute and scale successful growth strategies
* Build comprehensive business cases for growth experiments, prioritizing high-ROI opportunities
* Develop and systematize scalable processes for validated growth channels
* Optimize conversion rates across the entire user journey
* Collaborate with content, SEO, product, and community teams to amplify growth efforts
What You Bring
* 5+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience, with a proven track record in SaaS
* Demonstrated success in building and scaling growth initiatives from scratch
* Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Google Analytics and Excel
* Experience working in or founding early-stage startups (YC experience is a plus)
* Track record of performing with lean resources and driving measurable results
* Specialized expertise in inbound marketing channels and organic growth strategies
The Ideal Candidate Also Has
* Experience in nonprofit fundraising or grants
* A portfolio showcasing structured problem-solving and clear metrics
* History of successful cross-functional collaboration
* Experience working remotely with distributed teams
* Competitive compensation: $130k - $190k
* Fully remote work environment
* Bi-annual team offsites (3-4 days each)
