We are recruiting for a Service Support Advisor based in Milton Keynes on a full time, permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm and paying a salary £25,200. You will be required to work one Saturday per month (which is paid at overtime).
This role offers hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home) after training/induction period, as well as amazing benefits.
The successful candidate will be delivering excellent customer service to customers, while handling inbound calls and responding to emails. As an advisor within the Service Support Team, you will be liaising with Account Coordinators, Service Call Planners and Service Technicians. You will also collaborate with internal colleagues within other departments.
Duties:
Handling inbound customer calls efficiently
Managing an inbox and responding to emails
Logging calls and updating customers on their repair calls - advising them of any delays/ job status
Providing pricing upon requests
Investigating and resolving customer complaints, quickly and patiently
Supporting Business Development Managers with ad hoc admin tasks when required
Producing customer quotations and parts orders
Tracking warehouse orders to coordinate delivery with technician schedules
