Who are we?
Within the @one Alliance, we are a collaborative organization comprising seven partner companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO) and our extended supply chain. We deliver over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment program.
We are preparing for our most ambitious Asset Management Period yet, AMP8, which involves a larger and more innovative project portfolio, including nature-based solutions like wetlands and urban drainage schemes.
Our goal is to drive change, set global benchmarks, and build a better environment, providing growth opportunities for our workforce. We aim to build on our existing teams with an environment conducive to career progression.
With numerous projects planned for AMP8 to ensure regional water supply, our success depends on excellent work management and exceeding customer expectations. We emphasize high standards in project design, innovation, and efficiency. We are seeking several talented Process Engineers to strengthen our engineering capabilities.

2. Produce technical deliverables such as schedules, data sheets, calculations, and specifications.
3. Work closely with the supply chain and analyze technical bids.
4. Oversee process calculations, hydraulics, unit processes, pump and capacity calculations, and technical bid analysis.
5. Communicate effectively across relevant levels to ensure technical excellence.
6. Escalate issues impacting time, cost, or quality proactively.
7. Support health and safety standards, ensuring designs comply with CDM regulations and standards.
8. Maintain collaboration with other engineering teams to ensure seamless interfaces and share best practices.
