Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted Senior IT Engineer, resolving 2nd/3rd line technical issues efficiently. Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical challenges with minimal supervision. Manage and support Google Workspace & Microsoft 365, including SharePoint administration. Configure and deploy Intune for device management and security. Work with ticketing platforms such as Autotask, Connectwise, or ServiceNow. Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and non-technical manner to end-users. Ensure compliance with SLAs and manage workload effectively. Desirable Skills: Experience in SharePoint & Teams administration. Knowledge of PowerShell and command-line interfaces.
