Sales Coordinator

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our well established client.
Job Duties:
* Accurately set up customers in the sales system.
* Process orders on the sales system.
* Providing support to the sales team, including processing orders.
* Handling customer enquiries including taking calls and responding via email.
* Maintaining accurate and up to date customer data.
* Liaising with colleagues/departments to ensure a smooth process and to quickly resolve any issues that may occur.
* Track orders and provide PODs (Proof of Delivery), interacting with couriers as necessary.
* General administration duties.
* Some warehouse duties including receiving goods, packaging up outgoing goods and operating FLT.
Requirements:
* Sage experience is essential.
* Strong IT skills.
* Strong team player but happy to work independently.
* Positive and enthusiastic with a passion to learn and deliver fantastic customer service.
* Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 Per Annum (DOE).
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:45pm & Fridays 8:30am - 3pm.
This is a Full time, Permanent position
