Specialising in Energy and Utilities, you’ll be joining a professional and friendly team in a unique "dual recruitment role". 50% of your time will be spent in a 360 role, bringing in new business and filling your own vacancies and the other 50% will be account managing and resourcing on their largest client accounts. Energy and utilities experience would be great, but any industry is fine as long as you have a solid and proven background in recruitment. We will also consider an experienced resourcer, who would like to be trained on business development to be a 360 consultant.
