Vacancy Description
Our client is a large, independent training provider based in Blackburn, Lancashire, owned by the University of Central Lancashire. With over 50 years of heritage in Lancashire, they deliver learning and development solutions and pride themselves on excellence in learning and creating outstanding talent.
They are seeking to appoint a Placement Officer to join their Apprenticeship Preparation Programme. The main purpose of the role is to recruit and retain employers who can provide high-quality opportunities for work experience and apprenticeship vacancies, in line with the Apprenticeship Preparation programme requirements. You will work closely with aspiring apprentices to match them to suitable work placement opportunities, in line with their career aspirations and needs.
This role will include regular face-to-face meetings at employer sites; therefore, a full, clean driving licence is preferred.
