As a Training & Compliance Administrator your key responsibilities will include supporting the training team with all administrative support including:
4. Ensuring timelines and project plans are met
5. Maintain the training and accreditations records, ensuring the company is up to date and compliant
6. Maintain and track the training budget
7. Ensure the availability of all training records and certification
8. Build effective relationships with internal customers
9. Performance monitoring
10. Carry out general office administration as required
To be successful as a Training & Compliance Administrator you will have:
11. General Administration Experience
12. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office- including Excel & Word
13. Excellent attention to detail
14. Excellent communication skills
