Slough Children First (SCF) is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in need. Their MASH and A&I Service plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of children and families.
As one of SCF's Team Managers, you'll lead a team of Senior Social Workers and Social Workers in the delivery of their statutory and legislative duties, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment while promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people in Slough and effectively managing risk.
You will need to be a Social Work England registered social worker with a professional social work qualification and have substantial post-qualification experience (including Management in MASH or A&I) in children and families social work, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
