Role Purpose
Working with all departments of the business, the purpose of the Designer is to create quality designs and content for online and offline channels for Twilo and its clients. You will manage online and offline design projects from start to finish as well as contribute to team projects.
You’ll have a positive and professional approach to your work, and design to a very high standard to be consistent with Twilo’s reputation of always delivering quality design and development.

About You
Pixel-perfect website & UI layouts, awesome infographics, and beautiful brands are just some of the great projects you’ll deliver, supported by our experienced Marketers and Developers. You will have a direct contact to the clients you work with, and work closely with the front-end developers who build your designs.
The primary caseload is made up of business sites, e-commerce, and custom applications. Additionally, we deliver strong branding projects for our clients of various sizes and budgets. We always have a number of active projects and therefore you will be have a good variety of projects and be able to work to pre-agreed deadlines, with each day offering its own opportunities due to the variety in work.

Principal Accountabilities
1. Manage design projects from initial ideas generation through to print and launch
2. Develop concepts, graphics and websites / UI layouts
3. Discuss ideas with clients, providing follow up emails and regular communication
4. Produce designer handovers and briefs for website developers, ensuring your ideas have translated to the build
5. Liaising with colleagues and clients and provide regular updates
6. Assist Digital Marketers with any content creation requests
7. Be a direct point of contact for clients during the design phase
8. Bring the flair, and have fun!
