About You: Qualified accountant, either newly qualified or with a year’s commercial experience. Clear and considered communicator, skilled at simplifying complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders. Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and understanding sales functions. Adept at challenging assumptions and influencing at all levels, with a strong track record of explaining business case outcomes. Demonstrated ability to add value to a business, whether through financial gains or process improvements.
