Our client is seeking a lead to manage the migration of employee data from legacy applications to SAP SuccessFactors as part of a global HR transformation initiative. This role requires establishing and documenting the architecture of the Sharepoint or .Net estate, including interface maps, database architecture, backup approaches, and data retention policies. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of a knowledge transfer plan, attend knowledge sessions, and document knowledge provided by the incumbent team. They will establish and document monitoring and event management flows, service continuity plans, access management, and existing environments. Additionally, they will identify risks, establish a continuous improvement plan, and develop a technical roadmap for the Sharepoint or .Net estate.
