Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:
* You will be leading a team of Advanced Support Workers/Care Assistants across 2 different services in the Liverpool area.
* Both services are complex care mental health and each supports 1 person.

With experience working in a healthcare setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community. You will also have experience working with individuals who present behaviors that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times. In addition, you will be comfortable using basic IT systems required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
